  • Restorative yoga is a form of practice in which clients are supported by props to cultivate relaxation and the down regulation of stress in a dark quiet + safe place. This style of yoga has a calming effect on the body, mind + breath and is intended to put healthy stress on deep connective tissues

  • Ashtanga is the most common types of yoga we practice. Also referred to vinyasa style yoga. This vigorous yoga style an emphasis on linking breath to movement using a series of postures called sun salutations and their variations.

  • Power yoga is a vigorous fitness based approach to vinyasa style yoga power yoga is an excellent for athletes looking to enhance stamina strength + flexibility. It helps improve concentration and also aids to injury prevention.

  • Yes of course you may pause your program at any time and freeze your membership and or class pack.

  • Yes! All classes purchased on a class pack, can only be used between group classes

  • Absolutely not! Movement + yoga is an inclusive journey open to individuals at any stage of their fitness journey. You don't need to be the most flexible, or the strongest. You just need to be willing to commit.

    Because this is a Personalized Coaching Program , we will assess your fitness level and abilities. We can modify poses and exercises to suit your needs. Remember everyone has to start somewhere and the most important thing is to listen to your body and progress at your own pace.

  • Private Yoga Sessions are guided + complete with meditation. One on one sessions allow you to experience + activate your full body needs physically, emotionally, and mentally.

    Packages are available series of 5,10,20.

  • The frequency of personalized yoga + movement sessions you take weekly depends on your individual goals, schedule, and physical condition.

    We offer packages and programs based on commitment.

  • Yes. You must be 16 years old to participate in any class.

    Please note fitness enthusiasts must be at least 16 years old + those under 18 require consent form signed by a parent or guardian prior to the start of a session or program.

  • • Wear non-restrictive clothing that allows you to focus on your practice without distraction or discomfort

    • Moisture wicking top / tank / sports bra helps to keep you dry

    • Supportive undergarments fitted or stretchy pants that will allow you to move freely without getting caught up in poses or movements.

    • Socks or bare feet for better traction

    • Sneakers something you can run in, squat in and do lateral movements

    • Minimal jewelry

  • Your first session lasts about 45 minutes to an hour as it includes a complete evaluation and treatment. All follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. This information is for educational purposes only. Consult with a healthcare professional in person for specific guidance.

  • Yes 100% , We offer sessions zoom sessions for coaching.

  • Yes 100%, We offer sessions by zoom for movement and yoga classes. However we do recommend that the first one on one session is in person.

  • Provide evidence based information on the mental and physical benefits of consistent practice

  • Outline hygiene protocols specially relevant in times where health concerns are paramount

  • Detail how clients with medical concerns should proceed including consulting with the doctor and informing instructors

  • We require 12-hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

    Cancelling or rescheduling less than 12-hours notice will incur a rescheduling fee of $20.

  • We believe that having a virtual checkin adds accountability, consistency between coach + client

  • We have a strict 5 minute policy. If you are pre-registered for class and running late, we will hold the class for 5 minutes only. We do this for your safety as well as to be keep our classes running on time and respect the time and practice of students already in class. Please aim to arrive to class 5-10 minutes before class to get settled in.
